The Northern California Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the advocate for the profession of directorship, has elected Ray Rothrock to its board of directors.
Ray Rothrock is the chairman and CEO of RedSeal, Inc., a company providing enterprises with a network modeling and risk scoring platform that measures and improves resilience to cyber events and network interruptions. He is partner emeritus of tech investment firm Venrock and a member of numerous boards, including Check Point Software Technology (NASDAQ: CHKP) and Roku, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROKU).
